Dance Fusion - Free Class
Strength, Condtioning and Combinations.
The first half of the class will consist of stretching, flexibility and conditioning. Varied Technique will also be introduced.
The second half of the class will teach combinations that include modern, jazz, ballet, contemporary and lyrical dance movements.
Once a month a workshop on leaps, turns and other technique will be worked on.
DISNEY
Every two years, BAMSOPA performs in the Famous Disney Parade. Students from the dance school as well as youth from the community are welcome to perform.
